I took classes of Spanish with Conchi for a year and a half while working full time. The classes taught me not only about the language but also about locla customs, food, and famous sights. I enjoyed my time so much I began to day dream about moving... One day that dream became a reality when I found an opportunity to teach English abroad in Spain!!!

I have now been living in Madrid for two and a half months and improving with the language everyday. I get to participate in the local customs, eat the magnificent tapas and I've been doing weekend trips to all of the famous sites that we talked of!

I can't recommend Conchi enough as a teacher. She inspired me to follow my passions and gave me all of the tools to begin my first foreign language.

Ciao!  I  have been studying the beautiful  language of  Italian since early 2011 when I thought it would be a good idea to have a little knowledge of the language before a trip to Italy and the Mediterranean.  My tutor has been Lauren, who is a teacher with university qualifications in the Italian language.  As she always teaches our classes with such enthusiasm and passion for the language of her heritage, it soon became a love of Italian that kept me participating not a need. After a trip to Italy in 2008 I wanted to make sure the next time I visited that I was more confident with the language (I had very ordinary conversational skills).  I enrolled in Italian classes and with the help of wonderful teachers like Lauren, slowly but surely I have become more confident in all areas of  Italian, i.e. speaking, listening and understanding and most importantly, for me, the grammar.  Each week is a challenge but a rewarding one. Ciao! I have been doing Italian for a few years. Not only do I learn a foreign language (getting less and less foreign), but I also catch up with friends that I met in class. We learn in a wonderful and stress free environment. Not only do we learn about the language, we get to know the culture too! Whenever I go to class, it's almost like I travel to Italy each week!
